Let us know within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll send you a free return shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Replacements

In case, you received a wrong or damaged product, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at support@shopeasyly.com and an exchange request will be processed. The tracking update will be provided when the replacement is shipped out along with instructions for the damaged piece.
